Neenv,The Human Resource Development Cell of Hans Raj College with its myriad activities,seminars and competitions aims to take Human Resource management to the higher echelons of the corporate system, and put the ‘Humanity’ back into Human Resource by refining the work force at the university level.
IMPERIUM’16¬† fulfilled their society’s vision through people’s participation in its various competitions according hopped up responses of more than 100 participants.
Rohit Kharbanda,Director,Intercontinental Hotels Group and Ms. Kanwaljeet Khurana,Director,Kapp Edge Solutions were invited as the Chief Guests to grace the occasion. All three competitions were very well organized. Also the feedback of students was quite good,they were satisfied by the management of society.

HOUSE OF BIDS
This competition was an interesting bidding race and witnessed a huge number of participants.All the teams had to fill their personnel panel by bidding for the employees at the same time making sure that certain conditions of the competition are satisfied.The race began with quite excitement and all the 12 teams started focusing on their bidding strategy.Eventually the event became more and more competitive as few teams got disqualified due to non fulfillment of the criteria.The event was really very interesting and a quintessential bidding experience.Those who missed it can check out Live Streaming on the facebook page to witness the real fun.
CASE AND CURIOUS
This Case simulation round aimed to strengthen the fundamentals of cracking case studies by providing participants the opportunity to “decipher,strategize,act and deliver” through their analysis of the case problems.The online qualified participants presented their case solutions in front of the esteemed judges who sagaciously reviewed and guided the candidates.The competition acted as a¬† simulation of a corporate meeting and the participants came up with interesting ideas for the growth of the company mentioned in the case study.They also did a complete SWOT analysis for the same through their presentations.
The event¬† witnessed very enthusiastic participation from different colleges in Delhi.After a rigorous preliminary elimination round, only top 5 teams got the opportunity to present their TALK SHOW on 22nd September.
The final round began with a marvelous panel discussion by students of SSCBS on the topic “Employees become brand advocates”.Students from LSR and other premiere colleges too talked about “Sexual Harassment at workplace”,”Good or Bad Management”,”Workplace flexibility”.
The best part of the event was a Q & A session after every talk show giving opportunity to competing participants and jury to discuss presented topics.
Neenv was successful in fulfilling its motive of imparting knowledge related Human Resource Development among college students and they promise to come up with bigger and better competitions next year.
