Nimbus-The Debating Society Of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College Presents ARSD Youth Conclave 2017

The English Debating Society of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, NIMBUS,brings to you the second edition of ‘ARSD Youth Conclave’ after the success of the first edition; which witnessed a participation of 150 students from Colleges all over Delhi. The two day event was honoured to have Mr Prakash Javedkar, Minister of
Human Resource and Development as the Goodwill Ambassador and Mr Santosh Kumar Gangwar, the Union Minister for State for Finance as the Chief Guest. Both of the honorable ministers sent their wishes through personalized messages and videos which were screened during the inauguration.

The second edition of the Youth Conclave, associated with organisations like Education Tree, DU Beat,DU Express, IMS etc is to be held on 11-12 October 2017 with four committees – AIPPM, Stakeholders Meet, UN Environment Assembly and UNHRC. The agendas of these committees will focus on the following pertinent concerns that we faces today:

• AIPPM РFramework For Strengthening Employment Opportunities In India.
• Stakeholders Meet- Reforms In The Elementary Education System Of India In The
Light Of National Education Policy, 2016.
‚Ä¢ UNEA – Addressing Goal 13 Of SDGs To Combat Climate Change And It’s Impacts.
• UNHRC- Combating And Preventing Modern Forms Of Slavery.

Discussions will held, resolutions and amendments will be made under the extremely well versed executive board who are eminent personalities in the debating circuit. In recognition of the most powerful debaters of the committees, prizes worth Rs 25,000 are to be given.
