Despite the fact that the lockdown has been lifted in many states, it’s still not safe to eat outside food. If you’re a foodie, you know the importance of a good plate of noodles; some of us miss our college canteen’s noodles more than we miss our colleges. So, to satisfy your cravings here’s noodles recipe any amateur cook can make!
Ingredients Required for Boiling Noodles
6 cups of water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
Other Ingredients Required:
2 tbsp oil
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
1 chilli, slit
½ onion, sliced
2 tbsp spring onion, chopped
½ carrot, chopped
¼ green capsicum, chopped
5 beans, chopped
¼ red capsicum, chopped
5 florets broccoli
3 tbsp cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp salt
Instructions for the Noodle Recipe
In a large vessel, boil 6 cups of water and add a pinch of salt and oil.
In the boiling water, place Hakka noodles without breaking it.
Boil the noodles for approximately 4 minutes or until it becomes soft and cooked.
Drain off the hot water.
In a separate kadhai, heat 2 tsp of oil, saute garlic, ginger, and chili.
Then add Onion and spring onion, let it saute until onion turns reddish-brown.
Further add rest of the veggies, capsicums, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, and beans.
Stir fry them for 2 minutes until the veggies are cooked and crispy.
The next step is to add the sauces; add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, some salt, and pepper.
Stir fry properly and add the noodles.
Toss and mix, mix, mix!
Garnish with spring onion; you’re done with the delish noodles recipe; now enjoy!
