DU Admissions 2019 : 94,299 Students Score More Than 90% Exams In 12th CBSE Exams, Race To DU Gets Tougher

Every time the scores in the CBSE Class 12th results increase, the chances of bagging a seat in a Delhi University college get tougher. This year the number of students scoring 95% and above was 17,690, while those with 90% or above was 94,299. These figures are for five subjects while DU requires the aspirants to add only their four best marks to get admission in they desired course.

This year, 21,630 more students obtained an aggregate score of 90% and above as compared to last year. This will have a huge impact on the cut-offs.

Apart from high marks, the cutoff is also determined by the number of applicants.The number of applicants is rising yer by year.Last year, DU received 2,78,574 applications for around 56,000 seats.
