Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC) is a co-educational institute which was established in 1967. The college is named after Shaheed Bhagat Singh, an Indian freedom fighter who strongly believed in social justice. Today the college is 51 years old and is standing on the strong pillars of Excellence and the Quality of Education it provides. Currently the college is being run under Dr P.K Khurana. The college provides both morning as well as an evening batch. The campus is quite lush, green and lively with students present all day.

The college recently celebrated its 51st Anniversary at the central Lawn on the 14th April, 2018. The college was full of students who stood with a lot of pride, being a part of such an Institution which not only gave them truck loads of memories to cherish for the rest of their lives but also an honour to be called the Alumni of SBSC.The Chief Guest on this Auspicious Occasion was Justice V.Kameswar Rao , Honourable judge, Delhi High Court
Dastaan 2k18 is the Annual fest of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (M).
Saptrang 2k18 is the Annual fest of Shaheed Bhagat Singh (E).
The Commerce Association also successfully organised Uddayam’18.
